Fall 2025 Volunteer Sign-Up Genius
Parents of JC Theatre Students - We need your help!
This sign up includes the following:
- Providing chips & desserts for rehearsal meals for our fall one act play (Boosters provide the main course)
- Being a backstage volunteer for dress rehearsals
- Being an usher for our fall one act play and December Showcase
- Working the concession stand for our fall one act play and December Showcase
- Working the box office for our fall one act play and December Showcase

JCT Booster Info
The JC Theatre Booster Board supports the theatre teachers and students by helping with the following tasks:
The JCT Booster Board is comprised of 7-9 people who agree to serve for at least one academic year. Any board vacancies for the upcoming school year will be announced in the spring to recruit new members.
We appreciate everyone who volunteers in so many ways to support JC Theatre!
We would not have such a wonderful program without all of our amazing parent volunteers!
- Organizing meals for late rehearsals and tech week
- Recruiting volunteers to usher, work the box office, and run the concession stand for every JCT performance, as well as other theatre events
- Organizing fundraisers in the fall and spring
- Organizing fall and spring apparel orders
- Producing the Playbill and posters for the Fall One Act and Spring Production. (Buy an ad here!)
- Helping with data entry (including fee payment receipts) in the CutTime system
- Monitoring the theatre gmail account and this website
- Helping secure hotels, buses, and other needs for overnight field trips such as Trumbauer and ATF
- Helping the teachers with special requests such as specific tech needs or contacting local schools to attend any school performances
- Helping with registration and administrative tasks for Summer Spotlight Camp
