​All fees can be paid through fundraisers and/or by cash, check or card. 
  • Fees balances are available in your student's account in CutTime.
  • You may pay through cash or check by placing the payment in an envelope with your student's first and last name and what the payment is for written on the envelope.
  • Envelopes should be placed in the metal box backstage.
Please remind your student that fees and forms should only be turned in the
metal box backstage so they don't get misplaced.

You may also pay through S2Pass
1. Go to S2Pass https://fans.s2pass.com/location-selection​
2. Select "Alabama" and "James Clemens HS"
3. Go to "Shop"
4. Select "Theatre"
5. Click "Show Items" under the fee you want to view and then "View"
6. Fill In your student's information and pay fee

How can I check my student's balance?
​1. All credits and balances can be found in your student's CutTime account
2. You will receive an SMS link or text to access your student's account.
3. Students create accounts through a Google form they fill out in class
4. Scroll to the bottom of your student's account to see their credits and balances.

​Acting Fees

(These fees are in addition to JCHS course fees)
3rd block (Advanced Production Drama)
Fall Fee is $250. This fee includes the District and State Trumbauer field trip and all IE registration costs (due September 26, 2025). 
Spring Fee is $250. This fee includes the cast fee for the spring full length production (due February 6, 2026).
{This is a total of $500 for the school year and covers District & State Trumbauer and the spring production. ATF, SETC, and local field trips are not included in the $500.}

District Trumbauer (1st, 2nd, or 4th Block)
Any 1st, 2nd, or 4th block acting student who competes in IEs at District, may owe money. The first IE registration cost is covered with class fees. However, if a student competes in a 2nd or 3rd IE, they owe $10 each for these to cover the registration cost. Please see Ms. Skillern if you are unsure if you owe money for IE's (due September 26, 2025).

State Trumbauer
Any 1st, 2nd, or 4th block acting student who has an IE that advances to State Trumbauer owes $250 to cover hotel, bus, and state registration fees (due November 19, 2025)

Spring Production Cast Fee
Any (non 3rd block) student who is in the cast of the spring full length production owes $250 (due February 6, 2026)

Alabama Thespain Festival Trip Fee
Any student attending Alabama Thespian Festival in February owes $200 (due January 7, 2026)

SETC Trip Fee
Fees for SETC in March will be determined based on how many students are attending. This trip is based on results from State Trumbauer each year.

2025-2026

JetsTex Fees
Fall: After school tech students for the fall one act production owe $60 (due September 26, 2025)
Spring: After school tech students for the spring full length production owe $60 (due February 6, 2026)

State Trumbauer
Any 1st, 2nd, or 4th block tech student who has an IE that advances to State Trumbauer AND is not part of JetsTex owes $250 to cover hotel, bus, and state registration fees (due November 19. 2025)

Any student in JetsTex who travels to State Trumbauer with an IE or with the fall one act production (if it advances to State) owes $190 (due November 19, 2025) (This is in addition to the $60 Fall JetsTex fee to equal the full $250 cost of traveling to State.)
