​All fees can be paid through fundraisers and/or by cash, check or card. 
  • Fees balances are available in your student's account in CutTime.
  • You may pay through cash or check by placing the payment in an envelope with your student's first and last name and what the payment is for written on the envelope.
  • Envelopes should be placed in the metal box backstage.
Please remind your student that fees and forms should only be turned in the
metal box by Ms. Skillern's door so they don't get misplaced.

2. Click on School Store
3. Click on Store Home
4. Scroll down to the theatre item that you are paying for
How can I check my student's balance?
​1. All credits and balances can be found in your student's CutTime account
2. You will receive an SMS link or text to access your student's account.
3. Students create accounts through a Google form they fill out in class
4. Scroll to the bottom of your student's account to see their credits and balances.

​Acting Fees

(These fees are in addition to JCHS course fees included on your student's fee statement.)
3rd block (Advanced Production Drama)
Fall Fee is $150. This fee includes the District Trumbauer field trip and all IE registration costs. It also includes any local field trips during fall semester. (due September 30, 2026). 
Spring Fee is $200. This fee includes the fee for the spring full length production and any local field trip during the spring semester (due February 6, 2027).
Advanced and Intermediate Acting
Fall Fee is $100. This fee includes the District Trumbauer field trip and all IE registration costs. It also includes the fall showcase and any local field trips during fall semester. (due September 30, 2026). 
Spring Fee is $100. This fee includes the costs for the spring showcase and any local field trip during the spring semester (due February 6, 2027).
State Trumbauer Trip Fee
Any student attending State Trumbauer in December owes $200 (due November 18, 2026).
Spring Production Cast Fee
Any student who is in the cast of the spring full length production and not in a theatre class owes $200 (due February 6, 2027)
Alabama Thespain Festival Trip Fee
Any student attending Alabama Thespian Festival in February owes $200 (due January 8, 2027)
